Summary: Staff was super friendly, hotel was very clean, room had so much space. We cant wait to stay again! it is also right downtown so it is in the perfect spot.

Summary: We had to move rooms twice during our stay. Our first room was so noisy it felt as though the entrance way was shaking. Moving led to us being downgraded to a Queen Queen room. We then had to move again due to a leek in the room next door. It was not as we had hoped. The second time we moved the receptionist told us we could have been upgraded if we had booked directly, which I wasn't impressed with as we just wanted the room we had booked.

Summary: Our check-in was absolutely wonderful. Mandy took such good care of us. Let us check in a little bit early and even upgraded our room. All the staff were helpful and courteous and friendly, and despite the fact that our hotel was right on the busiest square in Gettysburg we never heard traffic noise. It was very quiet. Will definitely stay again Absolute excellent value for the price of the room.

Summary: Our room (which was upgraded by the welcoming front desk staff) had a wonderful view of the town square. We would definitely stay here again! Great location and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Summary: Check-in was very easy - Cole at reception was super helpful. Room was great - nice and clean. One of the light bulbs did not work but no complaints otherwise. Lovely hotel and courteous staff.
